Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Access:
The Book Screen offers access to interactive digital reading experiences through a subscription model. Subscriptions grant users access to our full platform for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
2. No Refunds on Subscriptions:
Due to the immediate access to digital content upon subscribing, all subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a subscription has been activated or renewed.
3. Duplicate Charges:
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period, please contact us at [yaelep@thebookscreen.com] within 7 days of the duplicate charge. We will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Technical Access Issues:
If you are unable to access the platform within 7 days of your subscription due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. If the issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a full refund may be provided. Proof of the issue may be required.
5. Unauthorized Transactions:

6. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time with two weeks notice through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions.
7. Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.
